I have a bunch of Spring Mountain Vineyard Cabernet and Elivette (Bordeaux style) in various years from 2000 forward. So probably one of those. They’re ridiculously good. It’s my favorite winery these days. Depending on just how exciting the news is, I may knock back one of each.
I’ll base my choice of filet (and size of filet or filets) on partnership news. The bigger the pharma the larger the steak. Crossing my fingers for something in wagyu territory to get announced.
