Could be the TECO needs the room but based on what

Could be the TECO needs the room but based on what BPD.  Why can't anyone provide ongoing BPD.  Is this some focking shell game? I have $30k invested here and I am no longer playing focking games with cryptic truck loads of oil that could have been collecting in tanks for months.  Let's do some math:

The truck was only able to take the limited amount due to gravity and road conditions but since the truck took 170 barrels; TECO will have room for another 170 barrels or did you miss that part?  Do you know the current BPD from these reworks?  I can only assume it's still 25 BPD that was last mentioned.  If that is still the case then 170 barrels of empty tank divided by 25 BPD gives them approx. 7 days before they replace todays pickup and would require another pick up.  I don't get excited about 25 BPD being picked up and delivered to the refinery since increased BPD is all I care about.  25 BPD is awful considering how much money TECO has spent and how many years they've been running these reworks.  I've been sober for 25 years so maybe I need to pick up a stout to have some rose colored perspective on the situation.
