Overdue for sure!
Correct me if I am wrong here... but approval of the RS should be an administrative function of FINRA. Are they doing some sort of in-depth review instead... or holding something back due to Chinese political concerns? Or are we just dealing with Bureaucrats that are taking their sweet time?
