Last year when the annuals dropped I complained to Doc about another year of blank shell filings. We all remember his famous reply that: Lots have happened since then. Hopefully he will show us what he was referring to. At this point we must assume that lots had indeed happened with his privately held companies. Will we see the mergers that he first brought up at IFAH and Hope Global 2019? To me, that is the way out of this mess that we are in. I can't imagine another year of blank fins after all of his excitement on social media just a week or two ago. I expect a PR of new beginnings or forward looking statements in the filings at a minimum.
