LOI to purchase a building looks to have contingencies (tax rebates, loan etc.) which makes it highly likely to be non-binding. Just a matter of time, now, before the twitter promo campaign ends IMHO.
Nobody seems to be buying the cheapies for months? Are the lights dimming? Trading volume drying up and stock struggling, badly, despite all of the hype over a cancelled reverse split, insurance wrap grade, application for Alabama tax incentives, EPC new entity and LOI on an Alabama building.
Always do the due diligence.
