And now a word from our sponsor - Bashturd, Inc.
Post# of 7791
Let's not lose sight of this. Bashturds (BTs) work for their overlords who want to acquire shares in Bioelectronics, ticker symbol BIEL, on the OTC. The OTC being that place where they can get away w/ it w/ a minimum of backlash. THEY pick a message board that has the same standard and away they go.
BTs do what they do, as odious as it is, b/c the overlords, who do not wish to get THEIR hands dirty saying awful things on all things BIEL, want shares in a company THEY feel, for one reason or another (skirting the edge of insider info, perhaps?), this company will pay THEM a rich reward; i.e. - the potential is highly lucrative. BTs don't bash bad companies. Or companies on the downswing w/ little potential value. When?, don't know, thus the repetitive nature of the ongoing, daily, unwavering, not-to-creative bashing of BIEL.
An up-and-coming company, which is what we are, is perfect. Simply b/c BIEL has its' hands full juggling a full basket of NDAs, negotiations, regulations, policies, politics, funding, approvals, product development, corporate strategy, governmental agencies, etc. on a limited budget; and "on-the-clock" and "under-the-gun". No pressure. Everything is on the fly in the sense that they are expanding such as they have never done before. Lots of questions, decisions have to be made, schedules have to be set and, of course, what to do when the perfect plan hits a snag. Every company goes thru this, no exception. No time to chase BTs or pursue legal remedies.
Some things Biel has a part to play, others not so much, like Synergy. They have a signed contract and the pending order is contingent on getting approvals in a few countries. That is Synergy's work, not ours. So we wait. Some 'investors', esp'ly BTs, take full advantage.
Is Viant/Meraqi on board??? Big question for me. I can't see any scenario requiring BIEL to deliver 100,000s (millions?) of devices worldwide w/o having a full-fledged contractual manufacturing relationship w/ them. Dealing w/ the lag time on containers ocean bound is not a viable option - ref: Politics. For me, the Sree Koneru connection is too strong and a little too coincidental. Developing, coordinating, and managing that situation alone would require significant time, energy, and resources.
Or here in our own backyard dealing w/ CMMS, insurance, and/or DOD; or any number of alphabet agencies. Getting CPT codes or the equivalent elsewhere is nothing short of an eternity in bureaucratic hell. Dealing w/ govt'al red tape requires the patience of Job and heaven help you should you drop a comma or use too many staples or whatever. Flying near blind is par for the course. My nephew's employer leases property to the US gov't and he swears every time he turns around 2 pcs of paper magically transforms into 17 overnite. Silly wabbits.
And the twitter campaign is ongoing. They are pushing hard on that. The budget is tight, for now. If that campaign was not having a positive effect, I think CEO Kelly would pull the plug in a heartbeat. She hasn't and the ads are becoming more hardhitting and direct. Somebody is reading them. These targeted adverts are like a magnifying glass. First the smoke (interest), then the fire (new business). Our target audience is large, deep-pocketed, and highly incentivized to make changes. RecoveryRx to the rescue.
So, we wait. It's frustrating. I feel it as we all do. I want an update and feel like one is due but really I have no idea. Oddly enough, the creepy crawly BTs continue to bash and, for now anyway, this is a good (sort of?) thing. Never thought I'd catch myself admitting that! I need to take a shower.
