In DC Speak, the word "cut" can take on a definition that the average citizen would not understand or see as a cut. I haven't looked at these wascally wepublican proposals yet so, for now, I won't express an opinion. But please feel free to put up an unedited video or two so we can judge for ourselves whether or not the word cut has a meaning that Ma and Pa Average Citizen would accept.
