Pretty quick turnaround by the SEC in declaring the share deregistrations effective. Clears the way for us to possibly find out why the company doesn't want those shares sold. Maybe it's something important, maybe not.
(For those who don't know, those shares were issued to investors years ago. They aren't shares that Cytodyn can sell to raise money. The investors who hold those shares are now prohibited from selling them for whatever reason).
