Fact: even with the current financial situation and past failures a Fortune 500 company choose SNPW to be its Global partner and a contact for its company. A recognition not given to any of the many multiple distributor partners it has around the world.
Real fact: fortune 500 company did not choose Snpw as its global partner. It was a new and very young subsidiary of a fortune 500 company, that needed only one company to raise its hand, to get entry into the U.S. market, named Foxess,

As promised by the CEO the second potential RS has been cancelled.
Real fact: CEO never promised to cancel the 2nd potential RS. He canceled a "3rd" potential Reverse Split after hanging it over shareholders' heads for 11 months while tweeting "it isn't even possible at this time". Huge damage done with that 11 month RS mind-game.

The CEO has shown that he can raise 17 million dollar for a project as verified by the State of Rhode Island..
Real fact: Ceo didn't raise any money for any snpw project. Not even the Ri nightmare project with 9 mil wasted before a Ri DEM denial. Ri was handing out tax exempt bond money for supposed "actual" green energy companies...but not the Medrecycler type. A new start up Ri corp (i.e. Medi-Ri) was needed to qualify for the bond and backing the bond money. Soon after snpw ended up with 20% of Medi-Ri profits and then 0% of it to the investor? But, somehow the snpw ceo is now listed as the ceo of Medrecycler-RI. Inc with Ri SOS.
An independent audit gave the company an A grade investment rating.
Real fact: an empty subsidiary by the name of sun pacific power was given an A grade, not snpw. lol What entity did PT.IDN partner with? Who is named on as Foxess partner? lol Wonder if those supposed pre-sold 720 MW of solar panels help with the A grade? lol
It appeared the continually failing and money draining, streetssmart subsidiary, was operating as a division of sun pacific power subsidiary based on a press release years ago? I wonder if SPP financials were audited accordingly.
in my humble opinion...just mine
cheers for good luck
