So too does government's power to build and repair roads, bridges and pipelines; ditto for expanding broadband access and funding for more Chip manufacturing capacity and to DEFEND us, derive from taxes.
And, again, Red State 'Murica can thank it's lucky stars that they get back more from redistribution of tax revenue than they pay in.
