Allow me a moment to make a few things clear: MIH

Allow me a moment to make a few things clear:
MIHL may not be selling stock now, but they will one day.
How about those restricted shares? Do they not become unrestricted this summer? Do you know how many shares you must sell at .0001-.0010 to actually amount to anything? It's laughable. Unless MIHL changes their 'plan' that's exactly what will be available when MIHL DOES DECIDE to sell shares.
MIHL current bid is - and has been - a measly and pathetic .0015. That's what we the investment community feel this stock is worth in the eyes of a buyer. - .0015
So yes, you may not be selling stock TODAY, but they will be one day, and it is my STRONG SUGGESTION that MIHL does something to entice the investment community or they'll have nobody to sell MIHL stock to, or either you'll be selling stock at .0010-.0015 where you have bidders.
Does MIHL really think that one day whenever they are ready to sell shares that investors will come running? NO. We won't. Why in the world does MIHL expect investors to buy when they as a company are selling? Typically investors - especially OTC investors - run when the company says they are selling.
Is MIHL that special?! Keep in mind MIHL has zero credibility and even less clout on Wall Street. People don't even know the company exists, yet the Board thinks buyers will just line up like little duckies when they are ready to sell?
I can't stop laughing at that. Seriously. It's funny as hell.
Clearly nobody at MIHL understands how investors work. We don't care what you do, who you are, or when you're ready to do whatever it is you think your company can do. We are here to make money, it's just that simple. If said company does not afford us that opportunity we don't trade your stock and we don't care how great your corporate plan is, etc. We as investors simply move on.
MIHL has no new investors for a reason. It's not coincidence, I assure you.
As for this:
3. As far as $1000 - our existing shareholders, many of whom are flippers, would like us to issue national PR every week the cost of same is $52,000 on top of other expenses being carried by the company in order to develop it. All investment to day had come from the Management Group and it is in the area of high six figures to get the company going which at this time is not yet cashflowwing. You have $5,000 invested yet you ask us to spend at least $1000 a week more for something that we at this time do not see as cost effective.
You are calling your existing shareholders flippers?! Have you not looked at the trading here for the last several months? We couldn't flip this chit if we wanted to, pal.
Such an absurd and ridiculous remark, frankly. This simply isn't a flippable stock as there has to actually be a buyer to flip to.
MIHL has no buyers, therefore no flippers. Happy to clarify that for you. Besides, MIHL had better come to understand flippers. It's those folks that move your share price along and create liquidity for your ticker.
And furthermore you're wrong, Sir. I'm not asking for a PR each week, so stop being so dramatic. It's not a good corporate image for MIHL. I'm trying to explain to MIHL how to effectively run a business. I shouldn't even have to mention all this crap!
Most companies - even private Corporations - love any opportunity to brag about their accomplishments. Again, Business Management 101: Establish presence.
You may not be selling shares today, MIHL. But one day you will. Keep this chit up and mark my words the investment community will not be here.

I've been one of MIHL's staunchest and most reliable supporters since the summer inception, however that will no longer be the case.
Best of luck in the future. MIHL - with this corporate plan - is certainly going to need it.
