It could not be better 
my average is down to 0,075 (CAD as it is more volume) - check 11 November to 16 November = 90% rally.
We have a similar chart pattern to then - but BETTER. Cause we still wait for the final permit. Should be here any day now, no later than the end of this month!
Showing the past 6 months decline - and the 2 attempts to breakthrough -
I can see a fair probability of a 0,17 CAD first target when the news comes,
or possibly earlier to have a pole position when the big jump is here.
