Post a link after first asking yourself if it, like the '13 Bill, had enough GOP support to pass the Senate? What was the comprehensive plan?
The Dems have been the promoters of immigration reform since at least '13. If Trump's plan had ANY of the elements of the '13 plan we'd have had a bill passed.
