Those shares could have been 1 year restricted sha

Those shares could have been 1 year restricted shared form a pipe a year ago. At the time they would have been issued, the company would have up the number of shares. So it looks like they were shares coming off restriction. I do not believe they were then dumped, but held for the long term. When the  company did PIPE"s with non investors, they were dumped on the market immediately. These PIPE"s were done to keep the HTI in business. If they were not done there would not be a HTI and we would not be posting now. What ever was done it was for the good of the HTI, not to scam investors.
