Nothin's as lovin' as somethin' from the oven ... and "Actipatch" does it best!

Is there anything better than the aroma of freshly baked, homemade bread? I mean, is there? My Dad used to bake bread from scratch. Actually kneaded the dough by hand. No machines, no 'bread' mix, from scratch w/ each and every actual ingredient, let the dough rise on its own in due course, then popped in the oven. You could smell it all over the house for hours. All in all, about a dozen loaves were baked. Fresh from the oven, still warm, cut off the heel, slather that bad boy w/ real butter, watch it melt into the bread, then take that first bite ... O-M-G!!! So simple, so satisfying and delicious, bread and butter.

While we are putting together the scaffolding to reach the really 'big' fruit high up in the tree, what is wrong w/ snatching the low hanging fruit? Nothing, of course. 25+ offices in the tri-state area of OH, KY, IN is not nothing. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire. FOMO is a powerful motivator.

Not flashy or sexy but absolutely, positively necessary. These 'little' and 'insignificant' tidbits is the grist & grind of running the business. It's mostly overlooked, not recognized as a collective whole, nor its' significance. The 'bread' cannot come out until it's baked to perfection. Coming to a kitchen near you.
