They dilute like there’s no tomorrow, because without dilution there is no tomorrow.
Share price is only relevant to those looking to dump.
The trinkets and wrecks EXPL has found has led to continued investment in particular projects.
SFRX can only offer discounted shares because their projects are NOT worth investing in.
