If I was in a legal dispute with someone about mining concessions I would let the judge know that this other party sold the mining concessions even with a preventative annotation. Then the judge would declare the contract null and void. It hasn't happened yet. This remains a waiting game unless MSJ sells the SRGE shell to another party.
