Actually, the high today was .2999, I believe.
I remember periods this morning where both the bid and ask were between .29 and .30, before trades were being reported.
Also, I just checked the listing for the stock on Investors Hangout and surprisingly it shows what I believe are the correct numbers of low of .2701 and high of .2999.
Maybe by the end of the day they will fix the reporting and report the correct low and highs. But, of course, right now its' misleading and at the bottom end of today's trading. Someone looking right now wouldn't know that it was trading between .29 and .30 today.
