Doc doing exactly what he always does.
Vague tweets / replies / endorsements, couple of LinkedIn posts suggesting and alluding to links and associations. Oh, and the train is now a yacht.

What is genuinely funny - and somewhat confounding - is that people immediately fall for it once again in blind hope. More fluff and nonsense, nothing definitive, nothing substantive or provable - and always in the future, coming soon... same shit, different day.
If anything, I think he is doing this to bump the price a little before the year end filings... a positive distraction before inevitable disappointment.
