i dont believe the DE wont happen..just wont happen soon enough for Doc i guess. you dont work this hard for a new exchange to fail. not with the backing and expertise those individuals have. just as doc said many working parts. many for the exchange as well. Atm it is a dream in the making. As mentioned they will be applying for registration in the summer and have it up and running by late 2023 early 2024.

how will this involve us...or not who knows and time will only tell..

just glad were seeing something finally coming to fruition..hopefully.
