I don't have time to do an Overview update but here is some additional detail from another long-term shareholder:

The partnership/deal between Deeppower, the University of Oklahoma and SFLM that Chad MacKay mentioned in the press release about lithium mining.

The fact that Loyal Companies where Chad MacKay is also CEO is a venture capital group that has experience with mergers, acquisitions and debt restructuring and that Andrew Van Noy is also a Loyal Companies Partner.

I also think some background about the relationship between geothermal power generation (Deeppower) and lithium by product extraction (SFLM) would also be helpful to help people understand the relationship between Deeppower and SFLM.
