Respert: Kudos for solving the housecleaning conundrum. As you surmised, the order of developments would be: hold lifting;, rebranding (where deregistration housecleaning would be a sensible precursor); toss in naming Cyrus CEO of the newly rebranded company; and then entering into a partnership deal re Nash.
Now, if we could just know whether the deregistation work was done recently because the hold lifting is actually imminent or because the folks at CYDY decided to get the deregistation work out of the way simply because they had grown bored playing board games at headquarters all day. My gut says the former, but I also plead guilty to numerous instances of gut feeling malpractice over the last 2 years.
