No tweet about "what happened in Texas?"

90 days of summer filled with mind-game cryptic tweets ...and never one tweet explaining what happened to all the promise in the #2 ranked solar state in the country. So transparent, huh?

2 months from now, would anyone find out what happened to the Elba building under an LOI as of October 2022 or the solar panel OEM partner in Indonesia or Foxess' global partner?

Tweeting the City of Houston seal was the biggest mind-game tweet of the year. Then the "don't mess with Texas" crap. Complete embarrassment!

Now we're getting tweets about a 'one-stop" shop for solar products and installations. Sounding like the solar capital of the world to be built in Elba, Alabama. You can't make this stuff up. Oh, yes you can.

30,000 homes in the whole state of Alabama with solar compared to 1.1 million homes in Texas. 6GW plants worth of new solar panel manufacturing being built within 90 miles of Elba, AL over the next 18 months. That doesn't include existing solar panel manufacturing in the same area.

Shareholders must be so pleased with all of the hype over the last 6 months of about Alabama, 35th ranked solar state, with lots of pressure against solar power including added taxes for homeowners with installed solar panels.

Do the due diligence. Late to the party always...and empty handed on the way out. Nothing has changed for over 5 years.

Read all about in the slow and steady 5 year decline to nearly ZERO revenue, as of 9/30/22, coupled with a 10 Mil deficit, still, after handing out 600+ million shares to pay convertible debt and subsidiaries dropping like flies.

Proof is in the pudding with SEC filings.

in my humble opinion

cheers
