I have a spreadsheet using what was posted on Ihub (see below). The dates are from the posts, not necessarily the exact dates that the SS change happened. Also not sure If I have full resolution (I have two changes listed since Sept, but not sure if they could have occurred as multiple smaller changes). Anyway, the Jan. change added 138M to the float, mostly from restricted shares, and the Feb. change added 50M shares to the float, mostly from treasury shares. HLNT has not posted OTC filings explaining these changes so we can only speculate. They had posted OTC filings for all other SS changes since the new management took over...
