PPS up and decent volume for a Friday. Watch what happens if TECO turns the corner and Belize, Mitchell or Brown comes in. Those focking bashers will turn long with their hedgefund bosses and we will be welcoming them over here to fill the balloons and load up the confetti guns. Well maybe not welcoming them! We are a year overdue for a covering and run.
