as yet unposted 8K for shareholders and also because it was simply a material event!
Separately, in September 2022 the company entered into a Common Stock Purchase Agreement with White Lion Capital, LLC under which the company has the right to sell shares of its common stock to White Lion at a price equal to 93% of the five-day volume weighted average trading price. The company has successfully raised over $350,000 to fund its operations under the Agreement.
