Copy of a post I made on the amateur forum to debunk nonsense from the moronic basher / manipulator who is just trying to get cheap shares:
"Tickers only go to the Expert Market when they are delinquent SEC reporting for months and even then there is a Grace Period of 15 days which is shown on otcmarkets.com. $SFLM is fully up to date on SEC Reporting with the Annual Report not even due for 2 months!
Also, there is absolutely no need for a reverse split when the O/S is less than 45% of the A/S."
