“Wondering about the paper that was going to be published about the oral longer lasting HIV dosage.
Let's not forget to mention the "partial hold" on leronlimab by the FDA since mid 2022.”
I’m not sure about the paper timeline for longer lasting HIV dosage, but in case you’re referencing the LL being created em vivo by AAV delivery from the recent SAB presentation, that’s the most amazing thing. CCR5 deletion in a safe way while allowing multiple other chemotaxis, is kinda wonderful.
Regarding the partial hold on LL by FDA since mid 2022. This was Covid and HIV. There was a full hold on one, and partial on the other, and Brazil was a separate part - self-initiated. I believe the full hold was Covid in the US, mostly due to the pandemic settling down and Nader over- promising. So there are layers to that statement. Nash was not on hold, but we’re not currently funding studies. Hopefully all 5 segments of our response are filed or soon to be. And the hold and partial hold will be lifted.
