CEO Update - January 30:

"Another prediction? Announcements about industrial hemp usage to appear in trade press with more regularity:

- Plastics
- Paper
- Fiber
- Construction

Wood for paper, cotton for fiber... hydrocarbons for plastics have nearly a century of a head start over hemp.

However - hemp is competitive, if not superior, in all three categories for particularly important reasons.

I believe we are finally going to see investment in the necessary technologies and supply chains for hemp to begin bearing fruit.

I believe we are going to being to see hemp straws, hemp packagings, and even hemp plastic water bottles...

Because we are going to see that hemp products are not nearly as devastating to the climate and ecosystem.

I believe that we are going to start to see the first conversations that will lead to those industries becoming truly competitive.

It's only a matter of time for the transition to take place, but we are going to see the first real traction in that this year."
