Those that think Dalton is stringing us on to sell stock are ignorant, I did not say stupid, but ignorant. Doc has never sold a share of stock, if he was going to, he missed his chance many times over the last 4 years.
To clarify a point about the Univec debt, our debt is only to Dalton and Blickstein, the accountant. Doc never took a salary, always deferred it, even while we were NASDAQ. Blickstein has also deferred his salary for years. It is all in the Edgar filings while we were dark, just read the fine print. I will gladly pay them their salary and services after doc merges, but it would not surprise me if he took some stock instead, after we merge.
I agree, BioR is still with us. I also agree, doc is not taking all this social media hate mail, just for his own health. Very few of those posters will publicly apologize to doc when he finally merges and launches.
