CEO Update - January 27 [after close]:
"I also foresee MX adopting regulations for retail THC products."
"Mexico has some of the best farmland in the Western Hemisphere, along with some of the best farming conditions. There are areas with enormous amounts of water, lots of sunlight, fertile ground, and very inexpensive labor."
This is the perfect storm to be able to crate an incredibly vibrant market.
Another benefit of Mexico is that it is a much bigger, more established country than Colombia or Uruguay… It is the United States’ primary trading partner!
I would also expect if not in 2023, perhaps 2024, an almost NAFTA-esque approach in regard to Mexico and the United States doing business around hemp.
It may take a few years, but I do believe we will begin to see the first steps in 2023."
