Any chance Aegis had a part in the run the other day to 40-50 cents and then does the financing to cover immediately the next day. Just thinking out loud but it gives them the opportunity to make a lot of $$$ and gives Verb the cash they needed to clean up the debt.
Obviously there are going to be those that completely disagree with me but it is a very likely possibility. From what I have heard and read Aegis isnt much better than AGP. Its definetly a plus for Verb as they get to clean up the financials and not under the gun for repayments.
