Its NOT fact based.  This was a desparate attempt to salvage the PPS. Do your DD people. Get on  the phone and verify claims and insinuations.  Don't take a poster's word for it. Ask yourself why Delta has not hired a single employee related to HTI. Calling USA Metals was a good start but ask yourself why they haven't installed any units past the original trial units. The ethics of this company is abhorrent. All these changes and supposed landmarks and not a PR in months to announce progress.
