It could also be that VERB doesn't need thELOC anymore due to access to other funding from a soon to be partner/investor/merger, etc.
If I were shorting the stock, I'd be pissing in my pants worried right now about why VERB cancelled the ELOC. Heck, I might even have to cancel the free lunch offers I made to long investors.
