The Baer was just in the in house promo talking about artifacts SFRX didn’t find at Melbourne back around 2005.
SFRX has NEVER ruled out the site as having treasure. If they have let them say so.
Per the statutes they have to notify the state it’s inactive just like they did with Lantana. For some reason they haven’t.

If it’s “active” then it suggest the Toy doesn’t work, but that ain’t the way it works Crusty.
