Michael Chermak, Chief Administrative Officer resigned to focus on Reticulate Micro, Inc.

today announces the resignation of Michael Chermak, Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Chermak will now be focused on his role at Reticulate Micro, Inc. as Executive Chairman.
