Why did $VERB switch from AGP to Aegis? They've used AGP a number of times.
Why didn't VERB ever leverage that $50M Supplemental Equity-Line-of-Credit-Facility with Tumim?
What does VERB know that moved them in a different direction?
Interesting today of all days, they PR'd the proposed offering.
