If he bought assets with the alleged ill-gotten gains then they are subject to the Fed's forfeiture proceedings so liquidating them is probably a no-go.

I just don't see how he wins this lawsuit against us because according to my reading of Delaware law (and I am not an attorney), Nader's claim for indemnification is contingent on him having acted in good faith in the best interests of the company.
