UNVC: Dalton claims in the filings/or to a private investor that Univec stills is furnishing Methadone to the University of Maryland.( But Dalton is on BOD.) If true the SEC needs to know of this.
You can't sell FDA regulated drugs without an office, phone and business license. DEA does not allow people to sell Methadone out of the trunk of their car. Methadone is one of the most potent narcotics sold and is SUPER highly regulated.
No business address as you can see below, His personal phone number is used or one of the families Phone number is used. Where is Univec's business License
The Owing Mills address is Package Place, a Fedex authorized ship center and mail drop - he uses 'Suite 114' for the mailing address used on filings, but there are no suites there - that's the number of his drop box! Also on filings he states that this is the 'principal executive office' and 'principal place of business'.
