Posted on another message board!!!!!! Received first email from the "other guys" in months. Here's what they said about $SPQS:
SPQS....... Working out the details on the sports team. Should be in a position to make an announcement on its hospitality merger shortly. Surprise good results in co Q4 Report to be filed shortly.
