The NEWS2 scores were not debated by the FDA. In fact, they didn't accuse NP of lying about the scores or results, as you are doing.
What the FDA rebuked CYDY for was using sub-groups -- not because the subgroup numbers were lies, but because "the FDA considers subgroup analyses to be exploratory." I.e., the numbers were right, but no conclusions were to be drawn from them, because the sub-groups were not outlined beforehand.
You shouldn't be allowed on this board. You know perfectly well that NP was not making up those NEWS2 scores!
