Once again, I am not associated with UNIVEC (UNVC)
I was part of Management as The EVP & COO of UNIVEC
From 2002 -2004, the results were not getting paid by UNIVEC
and received liens from the State of MD for unpaid Taxes.
On the Bullitin Financial Boards I am listed as a Officer of the Company, it is only true as of 2004.
The burden is on the New officers of UNIVEC as for questions and concerns, please respond to Univec Inc.,Continental Transfer, Inc and lenders ( NIR/AJW/Cory Ribotsky ).

"You must be kidding, right? You are claiming that you had nothing to do with UNVC after the year 2004? Your name is all over the place on filings as late as Aug 6 2007. Filings that were done with the SEC. The links to these filings are found below with THE SEC AND WITH THE OTC MARKETS. How in the world could they be signing your name to reports and stating that you are on the Board Of Directors without your consent? These are not scribblings on the back of some cocktail napkin after a late night of partying in the bar BUT are official documents that have been reported to the SEC. I have hard time believing that you had nothing to do with UNVC after the date you have stated in your prior postings.

"All of Mr. Langford’s salary for 2006 and 2005 has been deferred and unpaid until the Company becomes profitable. For 2004, the Company paid to Mr. Langford a portion of his salary, $82,675, and deferred the balance of $57,325, which will not be paid until the Company becomes profitable." page 44

And the stock no longer trades once one of the former insiders started questioning his name remaining on the filings. trades on only 3 days out of 2 full weeks

It would be nice if the Sec. would put these theifs in jail. All they do is live off gullable investors. I invested a few hundred in unvc years ago and nothing to show for it.
