Board approved REVERSE SPLIT 11 months ago.
Recall the private BOD (2 people) meeting vote was February 18, 2022. But 8-K wasn't filed until until 5 weeks later.
Anyone wonder what "anytime soon" means in the world of board approved Reverse Splits, applying for loans with no revenue combined with horrible quarter after quarter 10-Q filings?
