He's successfully enriched himself whilst doing so.
He's successfully dragged this charade out for over a decade.
Not the accolades of a successful businessman.
He hasn't done a single thing for this alleged 'business', essentially it is no further forward today than it was 10 years ago - no legitimate revenues, no business plan, and shareholders still haven't got a clue in terms of what they are invested in - or why.
His tweets are not fantastic, they are invariably regurgitated word salads alluding to the possibility of something positive happening, which never actually materializes. The due diligence is derisory and reliant on rumor and dots, neither of which ever come true - and even if he puts information in filings, nothing ever comes from it.
There is no transparency, there is no communication, and at this point - there is no business.
Dalton is a failure.
