I first started following UNVC in November of last year. Not a single corporate act has happened since then. Just a whole lotta messageboard posting about something big gonna happen
2300 posts ago.. since then no word from the company, no verification that the CEO even knows what UNVC is. silence from the company...but not the messageboard
Dalton sold 120,000,000 shares with this pump, Ribotsky even paid for the FDA Labeler Code he told an investor he did, he was selling shares also.plus the As and OS more than doubled in 2011.
01/02/2012Truly a shame, it's obviously clear now the "FDA Labeler Code" was just a pump and dump scheme for Dalton to raise some cash to line his own pockets. Not only is he avoiding shareholders it seems Dalton is also avoiding creditors, bill collectors, and the taxman.
Now the Authorized & Outstanding shares being increased this has a slim chance of ever getting back to .001+. David Dalton screwed his shareholders good, this guy truly is a piece of SH&* and should be locked up with Ribotsky.
See how Dalton does he puts out rumors of things like its going to happen to put the PPS up so he could sell at a better price
9/22/2011There is just no reason for the stock price to be up. David Dalton doesn't answer the phone or return emails. I checked with Nexcen Brands they said there is absolutely no relationship with them and Univec Inc. I asked Nexcen Brands why they were mentioned in their filing. Nexcen showed me their same filing and it looks like Univec Inc basically copied it. Nexcen is done, the business is finished and closed. Those rumors about Nexcen Brands going to be a pharmacies franchise NOT TRUE. So what in the world is Univec/Dalton doing besides a Labeler code that over 4,900 companies already have?? We have no idea when or if anything will ever happen here. I will only take this risk on this at .0001 at this point any higher is a gamble.
This is all UNVC is a hyped speculative garbage ticker just for Daltons benefit, has been for 21 years it will never change unless enough people report it to the SEC
10/20/2011Throw the financials out the window. This isn't a bluechip play. Financials mean nothing. It's all about speculation. If the CEO would so much as issue an update...some kinda 'new business model' outline, answer an email, or even a damn phone call, I'd be all over this, and so would LOTS of others. His silence is deafening though and it speaks volumes.
