The difference you moron is obstruction and not turning over the documents when asked and delaying over a year. The 30 of 300+ files themselves have the file folder and is empty and the file folders are titled and named Top Secret.
The analysis is Biden did this by accident and Trump did this on purpose. Trump intentionally took a whole big Wack of documents because he thought he could get away with it. Who knows where the missing documents ended up. We can only speculate that they didn’t fall into the hands of foreign governments. That they aren’t worth billions of dollars to adversaries. The facts will come out.
The charges will stick to both… the difference is the former president has no immunity to prosecution and will be prosecuted. So Trump will be found guilty and serve time.
The current president can not be indicted and will have the proverbial “get out of jail free card.”
So Trump will act the victim for intentional taking of top secret documents and not just a couple but a large amount like over 300 documents he intentionally took. This is a big difference.
