Youre missing the point. He filed an 8k stating something was going to happen. Said thing did NOT happen. He then failed to push out a correction for this.
This constantly occurs with him and has for years. And no, we won't see the form 10 this month. If we was, he'd give a date but he won't bc there is not one.
I said we wouldn't see it last year and I was correct sadly. Maybe you should tell him to do better instead of trying to convince us everything is okay.
