You are absolutely correct! The NASDAQ insn't stupid! They know very well that tons of companies are struggling with PPS! They also know that many have great fundamentals but other factors - shorts, manipulators, fear mongers - are mostly responsible for the horrible PPS. I am not a bit worried a bout a RS because of the points you made and our Market(story) story slowly unfolding.
It is just a matter of time before we are off to the races - sooner or later, not if!
