Withdrawal Form yesterday. A new Form 10 filing will post in 2 to 3 weeks, says the OTC CEO.

I bet he files Form 10 and expedites it.
Form 10 effectiveness in 60 days.
Obviously the SEC recommended filing RW and start new with an audited Form 10.
