I posted the following from 1/28 over there Bytor and believe it remains in effect:
" As the CEO of KMAG, I'm working everyday to ensure shareholders will soon realize the true potential of their holdings. Behind the scenes, I'm busy daily working to get KMAG back to trading on the correct exchange where it should be. We will release a PR update to investors when new company events warrant such a action. KMAG continues to move forward with its original business model and 2013 looks to be shaping up to be a great year for us.

There are always things that happen that are unforeseen and may delay one's plans. As we know there are others involved here besides Mr. Reid but I believe he is doing all possible at the moment to move beyond this chapter in our KMAG story.
Patience is the key ... it's been more than five months so another few days or even couple of weeks (if it has to be) should not be a problem, imo, for what at least I'm expecting. And any delay just allows me to accumulate more!
